- How does the retainer work?
You pay a flat $2,500 a month and get a private board. Send as many requests as you like. We work them one at a time, top of the queue first, and deliver each as a Loom plus the live work in your Webflow workspace. Pause or cancel anytime, effective at the end of your billed month.
- Do you build new sites from scratch?
No. SiteFolk works on existing Webflow sites only. We rescue, rebuild and maintain a site you already have: redesigns, new pages, CMS restructuring, performance, and continuous iteration. If you need a brand-new site built from the ground up, we're not the right fit.
- Is SiteFolk a fit for my industry?
Probably. We ship Webflow work for fintech, payments, banking, healthtech, life sciences, deeptech, industrial manufacturing, HR-tech, and B2B SaaS. The common thread is product complexity. If your product takes more than one sentence to explain, or if regulatory, technical, or scientific claims have to live on your site, we're built for that.
- How fast do requests come back?
We ship one request at a time on a steady weekly rhythm and reply to anything within one working day. Bigger requests are broken into deliverables so you always see progress. It's async, so you're never waiting on a meeting to move forward.
- How is this different from hiring an agency?
No 50% deposit. No SOWs. No project managers in the middle. You get a senior Webflow studio on a flat monthly fee, fully async, that you can pause the moment your queue runs dry.
- What counts as one request?
Anything from a single section to a full page or a CMS restructure. If a request is large, we'll break it into deliverables and ship them in order. You can queue as many as you like. We just work them one at a time.
- Can I pause the retainer?
Yes. Pause or cancel anytime. It takes effect at the end of your current billed month. There's a one-month minimum, and billing isn't pro-rated, so you keep full access through to the end of the month you've paid for.
- Who owns the Webflow workspace?
You do. Always. We work inside your workspace, never ours.
- Is design included?
Yes. UX, UI, and design system work are all included. Already have your own designer? We'll work directly with their Figma files. Brand identity, logo design, illustration, and long-form copywriting are out of scope.
- What if we already have our own designer?
Same price, more build velocity. Your requests go entirely to build, CMS structuring, integrations, performance, and SEO hygiene. We work directly with your designer's Figma files.
- Do we ever get on a call?
Once, at the start. A short onboarding call to set you up and align. After that we work fully async, over Looms and your board, so timezone is rarely an issue.
